Wellington is managed professionally by Old Town Management Inc. Old Town Management was founded in 2009 and has properties is Kansas City MO, Mission KS and Atchison KS. We specialize in low income tax credit affordable housing and offer Wellington Club and Apartments as our only market rate property. 

Packages are delivered by the carrier door-to-door most often. Packages can also be left in the office or a parcel locker located at the mailboxes.
